A mixed selection of walks available across the borough. The majority of the walks are suitable for beginners, pushchairs and wheelchairs. The walks last approximately an hour and usually finish with a friendly cup of tea or coffee. All walks are accessible by local transport, and are free of charge. Below is the schedule for 2019:

Monday
Billingham Weekly at 10.30am Billingham Forum, TS23 2LJ. Moderate walk of 1h 15m to 1h 30m hour. All walks from Billingham are unsuitable for wheelchairs or buggies. Stout footwear is advisable. On the third Monday of each month a car share is organised to different locations. Please enquire for car share information.
Eaglescliffe Weekly at 1pm Eaglescliffe Medical Centre, TS16 9BL. Moderate walk of 1hour, mostly paved, but may use footpaths depending on weather.
Elmtree Fortnightly at 1pm Elm Tree Community Centre, Elm Tree Avenue, TS19 0UW.

Ingleby Barwick Weekly at 10am Ingleby Barwick Community Hall, Beckfields Avenue, TS17 0QA. Easy to Moderate, mostly footpaths. 1hr or 1hr 30m.
Norton Fortnightly at 1pm Norton Library, TS20 1AE. Moderate to strenuous walk of 1h 30m to 2 hours, mixture of paved, footpaths and tracks.

Tees Barrage Weekly at 09:30am Outside River View Cafe at the barrage car park. Mainly on good paths suitable for buggies & wheelchairs. Approx an hour long.
Norton Weekly at 1:30pm Norton Medical Centre, TS20 2UZ. Moderate walk of 1hour, mostly paved/surfaced.
Thursday
Newtown Weekly at 10am Newtown Community Resource Centre, TS19 0DE. Moderate walk of about 1 hour, all paved.
Friday
Ragworth Weekly at 10am Ragworth Neighbourhood Centre, TS19 0FB. Moderate walk of about 1 hour, all paved. Please note this walk does not take place on the third Friday of the month.
Stillington Fortnightly at 10am Stillington Youth and Community Centre, TS21 1JE. Moderate to strenuous 1 to 1.5 hour walk in the surrounding countryside.
