Uneven surfaces, muddy when wet
Idyllic walk across the fields of Kirklevington and surrounding areas. The walk starts in the beautiful village of Kirklevington and then takes you out into the open fields and through some lovely farmland. It’s a very peaceful walk and you won’t come across many people, but you will see plenty of sheep and cows. This walk would be good for experienced walkers: there are a few stiles, some little bridges and a rail track to cross. The walk ends back on Forest Lane, which is a live road, taking you up a steep incline into the village of Kirklevington. There are no toilets on this walk but there is a community centre, school, play park and pub in the village.
