Ropner Park, Preston Park, Riverside

7 miles // 11.3 km

55 minutes

Mostly paved surfaces with a small section of gravel path

A good medium length ride that takes in some of Stocktons iconic views. The ride includes Ropner Park with it’s pretty lake and Preston Park with its Manor House and grounds fit for exploring. They are joined by the Greenway Cycle Path taking you past Hartburn’s 6 fields, a calming ride on its own! The run to the Riverside is varied, but does end up with unparalled views of the River Tees.
